Being a member of the Cape Guild of Weavers has taught me so much about the power of community and connection, and even though I don’t weave (I joined with interest in dyeing and spinning) I absolutely love going to the monthly speaker talks and being able to participate in their annual workshops and events. Being part of a guild should be mandatory for your mental health!
